Partner Program Terms

Final Version.

These terms govern the referral partnership between RepresentMe Talent Systems LLC, doing business as "Represent Me" ("we," "us"), and the individual or entity accepting them ("Partner," "you").

1. Definitions

• Referral Code — the unique code we issue to you.
• Referred Sale — a completed, paid purchase of one of our subscription plans by a customer who arrived through your Referral Code (via a ?ref= link or by entering the code at checkout) and who is not you.
• Commission — the percentage of the amount the customer actually pays us (net of your discount and of refunds) that we owe you for a Referred Sale.
• Discount — the percentage reduction the Referral Code applies to the customer's price.

2. Commission, and the perpetuity commitment

For each Referred Sale, we will pay you Commission at the rate in effect at the moment that Referred Sale is completed.

That rate is locked for the entire life of that Referred Sale. It applies to the first payment and to every future recurring payment on the same subscription, for as long as that subscription remains active and paid — without reduction, for as long as it lasts. We will not lower the Commission rate on a Referred Sale after it has been completed, for any reason, including a later change to our standard program terms.

Survivorship. Commission on a Referred Sale is your property and survives you. If you die or dissolve, Commission on your existing Referred Sales remains payable to your estate, heirs, or a beneficiary you designate in writing, for as long as each underlying subscription remains active and paid.

This commitment is intentional. It is our acknowledgment that a partner who helps us in our earliest days is owed the terms they were promised, permanently.

3. Changes to the program (future sales only)

We may change the Commission rate, the Discount, eligibility, or any other term of this program at any time, for Referred Sales completed on or after the effective date of the change. A change never affects a Referred Sale completed before its effective date — those remain governed by Section 2 forever.

We will give you at least 30 days' notice of a change before its effective date. Your continued participation after the effective date is acceptance of the changed terms for new Referred Sales.

4. Payment

Commission becomes payable after the applicable refund/chargeback window has elapsed (currently 30 days after each payment we receive). You may request payout of your available balance; we pay out on request, by a method we agree with you in writing. We may withhold or reverse Commission attributable to a payment that is refunded, charged back, or reversed.

5. Conduct

You will not: bid on our trademarks in paid search; make false or misleading claims about us; spam; self-refer; or represent yourself as us. Breach may result in suspension of your Referral Code — but Commission already earned on completed Referred Sales under Section 2 remains payable even after suspension or termination.

6. Independent parties

You are an independent contractor, not our employee, agent, or partner in the legal sense. You have no authority to bind us.

7. Acceptance

We record the version of these terms you accept, and the date. If we change the terms, we will ask you to accept the new version; the new version governs only Referred Sales completed after your acceptance of it, consistent with Section 3.
